In addition to a RESEN diagnosis or on request, the Pôle de Dakar offers targeted diagnoses on a sub-sectoral issue in the education system. Specific methodologies have been developed to provide a detailed analysis in four areas :
Early childhood development
Analysis specific to the early childhood sub-sector in order to ensure more harmonious, equitable and efficient development.
Non-formal education and literacy
Analysis of the sub-sector with a view to its integration in the perspective of Education for All and lifelong learning.
Technical and Vocational Education and Training
Assessment of TVET access patterns, equity issues, quality of training, market relevance, etc.
Detailed review of the functioning of the sub-sector: efficiency of the sectors and institutions, equity issues, economic relevance, etc.
